Two distinct fall experiences are now being developed: a classic foliage-and-rail day and an adults-focused Wine, Suds & Spirits excursion with an after-dark Ghosts & Graveyards finish.

We are taking early interest now while we finalize exact dates, transportation costs, attraction availability and final public pricing.
Built around the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway, downtown Jim Thorpe, shopping, bakeries, cafes, seasonal browsing and optional daytime trolley or heritage add-ons.
Planned date window: October 2026, with Thursday October 15 as the current first-choice date and October 22 held as a backup while transportation and attraction timing are confirmed.

Legacy Wise check-in and welcome on Staten Island, followed by group motorcoach departure for Jim Thorpe.
Arrival, free time for shopping/food, then the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway as the anchor attraction.
Optional historic trolley or heritage component, more downtown time, then early-evening departure for Staten Island.
Working operating window: approximately 8:00 AM Staten Island departure, 10:30–10:45 AM Jim Thorpe arrival, 5:30 PM Jim Thorpe departure and approximately 8:00 PM return. Exact times will be locked after the bus and attraction schedules are quoted.
Adult Social Excursion
Later Staten Island departure than the classic foliage trip, timed around the tasting program and evening ghost tour.
Arrival with time for lunch, shops, cafes and independent exploring before the main tasting experience.
The tasting program becomes the main afternoon attraction rather than trying to squeeze it into the rail itinerary.
Built-in time between the tasting component and the evening program for dinner, shopping or relaxing downtown.
An after-dark seasonal finish for a distinctly different Jim Thorpe experience.
Expected Staten Island return late evening, with exact departure and duty window set after vendor schedules and bus pricing are confirmed.
Groups & Organizations
Bring 10 paid travelers and the group leader receives complimentary Legacy Wise transportation and the Legacy Wise welcome/host portion, plus a $35 Future Experience Credit.
The group leader purchases their own scenic railway, trolley, tasting, ghost-tour, museum, meal or other hard-cost attraction tickets unless that specific vendor provides Legacy Wise with a complimentary leader admission.
Trip pricing will be built to absorb leader transportation comps and a small operational/staff seat cushion rather than treating them as an unexpected expense after bookings begin.

55-passenger coach pricing, including tolls, parking, gratuity, overtime and cancellation terms.
Exact rail, trolley, Wine & Suds and Ghosts & Graveyards pricing and group terms for the selected dates.
Model the trip around approximately 46 revenue-producing seats, reserving room for leader comps plus 3–4 Legacy Wise operational/staff seats.
